Salaam World Music Ensemble returns to Iowa City for an evening of Near Eastern music and dining, hosted by Kahraman Dance. Salaam has toured the US and the Middle East and has been featured on NPR. They will return in February to perform at Hancher as members of the Rivers of Sound Orchestra.
Event will feature family entertainment including live music and Near Eastern dance performances as well as a select menu provided by Trumpet Blossom. Dancers featured will include a guest artist from Boston, Massachusetts as well as local performers.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. They are available via PayPal Fritha-farida@kahramandance.org or via cash/check at Trumpet Blossom.

Door will open at 6 for general seating with show at 6:30 p.m.
